Grant and Jarrod share these 4 important tips with regards to follow up with deeper insights on each.
1. Follow up until somebody dies: Follow up immediately and combine, phone call, emails, text message and another in person visit.
2. Be so frequent people think you're a freak: When you believe persistence is achieved. Believe in what you're offering and offer it over and over. Make it your obligation to make people understand the value in what you have.
3. Get Creative! Creativity follows commitment. When following up frequently you have to think of other ways to engage. Be so creative they don't even think they're being sold. Have an arsenal of useful information and share it to help them make a decision.
If you're a millennial ages 18-33 or a parent of one, watch this video to learn from two people who were broke and are building wealth for themselves so you too can get the life you deserve.

A Billionaire's Advice For Success by Terri Savelle Foy
A Billionaire's Advice For Success by Terri Savelle Foy
H.L. Hunt, a Billionare, advice on Success:
1.) Determine exactly what you want to accomplish in life.
2.) Determine what price you're willing to pay to get it.
Deciding exactly what you want needs Clarity. According to Brian Tracy, Clarity is one of the most important keys to success. When you get crystal clear on what you accomplish, that's when you get results.
When the vision is clear, the results will appear. Clarity produces results. Successful people have one thing in common: Clearly defined written goals.
4 Ways Creative Expression Changes Your Life by Brendon Burchard
4 Ways Creative Expression Changes Your Life by Brendon Burchard
Successful people are creative and consistent in how they express themselves. They are happier because they pursue things they are truly passionate about, seeking their goals in their own unique way without conforming or trying to be "appropriate."
Ask yourself these four types questions:
Creativity in Conversation: Am I truly being myself when I'm in conversations? Do I share my true thoughts, feelings, frustrations, dreams? Do I feel like the best of me when communicating with others? If not, how can I open myself up?
Space Creativity: Is where I live a reflection of who I really am? Have I designed or decorated my workspace to be uniquely my own? Could someone get a feel of who I am based on my space?
Creativity in Contributions: How creative was the last presentation or contribution I created or shared? You can't blame your boss or timelines for stealing your creativity. You need to have the will to create unique things. If you're being rejected for who you truly are or for the contributions you find creative and valuable, then that's just an indication you're in the wrong place or community. Don't risk silencing yourself simply to end up a cog. Bring your divine spark, your uniqueness and spirit, to your work.
Creativity in Legacy: Have I started working toward what will be my unique contributions to the world? Pursue your goals and dreams in your own way - it is your voice, contributions and relationships that will ultimately tell the world who you were. Be creative in leaving your legacy - that's how you feel fulfilled and experience The Charged Life!

How The Mind Works by Brendon Burchard
How The Mind Works by Brendon Burchard
Here's the summary of this video on How our mind works:
1. Information: Your mind consumes information from the environment or circumstance you're in...and it reacts to it. So what comes in matters. If you’re around negative people, your mind wants to mirror that negativity. If you’re around something inspiring, your mind mirrors that too. So be cautious about having negative information and people in your life because they shape your overall psychology. And be diligent about consuming positive, intelligent, and instructive information to strengthen your mind.
2. Interpretation: Once your mind takes in information, it interprets it by asking, "Is this good or bad? Is this safe or dangerous? Should I approach or avoid? What does this mean to me personally?" Interpretation defines things for us and tells us how meaningful something is. And that interpretation is primarily driven by past experiences, what we call conditioning. Self-mastery is really about learning to consciously interpret the information coming into our lives in an open and purposeful way, And part of mastering our relationships is learning how those we love interpret things.
3. Intention: Our intention of who to be can rewrite our history. It is our dominant intentions for who we want to be, how we want to interact with people, and what we want to create and contribute to the world that forms the real power of our mind. Imagine a burning building on fire. Some people might interpret danger and run, while someone else might have the intention to be a servant and hero and their intention overrides their interpretation of danger...and they run into the building to save people.
4. Initiative: Our mind is most shaped by our actual behavior. When we act cowardly by running away, remain silent, or refuse to take actions toward dreams that are important to us, our mind interprets this and says, "I'm weak, incapable or unworthy." Yet, when we take action and have initiative, our mind develops self-determination and self-regulation. Our actions of yesterday form the thrust of how we think today. The more positive actions we take the more positive our minds become.
How To Stay Focused by Brendon Burchard
How To Stay Focused by Brendon Burchard
Here's the summary of Lessons you can learn from this video.
Our focus drives everything in our lives. It almost single-handedly determines whether or not we’ll experience a high quality of life and accomplish things that are meaningful to us.
Here are three counter-intuitive ways to stay focused:
1. Make fewer decisions. The more decisions we make, the more fatigued our brain becomes and the less effective we are over the long-term. So, first, stop browsing so much! Mindlessly browsing consumes incredible amounts of brainpower; every new link and every new piece of information to pay attention to eats up your mental energy and reserves. It costs you not only your focus, but your willpower and future focal power as well. If you’re looking for something, search for ONE thing, find it… and then stop. Limit your browsing and get back your brain.
2. Define your mission. Most people show up without any intention and, as a result, they end up doing too many things that aren’t important. Ask yourself, “What do I desire in life? What should I be doing with my time at this moment to further my life and mission?” Figure out the steps ahead, take focused action, and be ruthless in minimizing time spent on anything else.
3. Say NO to everything immediately, as a first response, from now on. Don’t immediately commit to projects anymore. Check them against your mission and passions. Ask, “Should I focus on this right now in my life? Yes or no? Is this good for me or bad for me? Is this the right time or wrong time?” Learn to say no to anything that doesn’t fire your heart with full commitment and enthusiasm.
Staying focused is one of the most important skills in life. It’s time to commit to getting back to a simple approach to life, to focusing on only one-to-three major things at a time. Day by day, moment by moment, move your life toward only those things that truly engage and energize you. Soon, you will start to experience what we call The Charged Life!

5 Ways to Achieve More Balance in Your Life by Brendon Burchard
Sharing this video of Brendon Burchard on 5 Ways to Achieve More Balance in Your Life.
There’s always another level of balance and proficiency in managing your life. Here are five strategies to help you achieve it:
Decide why you need more balance and what it means to you. What exactly would that mean to you - can you describe in detail what it would be like and feel like? Define what balance means to you and block and protect time in your life so you can achieve it.
Remove Distractions. Most people aren’t “out of balance,” they’re in distraction. TV, internet and social networks take away hours of their time, which adds to hours per week and years of life wasted. So, get rid of those things that aren’t adding real value, depth or joy to your life.
Say no. Every yes tacks on time to your life’s agenda, always taking away from something else. If you lose hours of your life pleasing people or responding to people’s false emergencies, then your life quickly falls out of balance. Learn to say no and do not apologize for it.
Hit your mark. When you say you’re going to spend an hour on the phone with someone, but you spend 75 minutes—there’s 15 minutes of bleed time. The more often you go too long on your meetings, promises or conversations, the more you lose time. Set a time and stick to it. That’s integrity and discipline, and that’s how to get your life back.
Improve your health. If you want more balance in your life, then invest in your well-being. Sleep well and meditate so you can be more focused, efficient and effective during the day. If you feel more physically energized each day, you’ll have more power to stay focused, say no, and manage your time.
Try all these things and suddenly a renewed sense of vitality will enter your days and you’ll start to experience The Charged Life.

What You Can Learn About Success From The Beatles by Terri Savelle Foy.
The Beatles, when they are still unknown, they are underpaid because their skills are not yet honed. They committed to become better by consistent practice and going the extra mile.
Here are the things that you need to consider:
- Identify your gift
- Become an expert with your gift
- Need to go the extra mile. Become better and better. Most people are not willing to go the extra mile to achieve their dream. God want you to excel and succeed.
- Devote 1 hour a day to study subject of your field.
- Invest in yourself. Preparation time is never a wasted time.
We can learn from the story of successful people, like Larry Bird, who practice 500 free throw shots everyday, same with Kobe Bryant, who did 800 Jump shots of practice daily, and many other successful people.

How To Make A Great First Impression by Brendon Burchard
Six strategies for making a better first impression:
1. Stop acting and be your best self. During your next networking or social situation, just show up with the intention of being fully authentic and alive. Have faith that showing the world who you are will always result in good things, because indeed it does.
2. Don’t network if you don’t want to do. If you like being introverted and you don’t want to join the party and go out and network, then don’t feel you have to. You can compensate by arranging smaller gatherings or lunches. However, if you feel your growth or greatness require you to get a little uncomfortable and go out and meet lots of people, then do it. Learning to become comfortable in uncomfortable situations is part of life mastery.
3. Have fun. Nothing makes a better first impression than you choosing to have real, authentic fun. Nothing is more attractive than a person who is authentic and alive with joy.
4. Be present. To have a greater impact in people’s lives, you have to “level-up” your energy and be more present with them. Challenge yourself to truly listen and engage with others.
5. Be interested in others. Ultimately, a first “impression” is about the other person, not you. Demonstrate interest in others by asking them questions you genuinely care about. By doing this you learn about the other person and you can start to praise them to others and connect them with others. Become their champion and connector and you win their hearts.
6. Leave things better than how you find them. How you exit is more important than first impressions because people remember how you leave them feeling more than how you met. Ask yourself, “How can I leave this conversation or context more positive than how I found it?” If you leave people feeling validated, cared for and praised, then you will leave a lasting impression (and legacy).
Try these strategies in your social world and you will start to experience what we call The Charged Life!

All of Us have the Right To Be Rich
All of Us have the Right To Be Rich
I've written this blog to share my insights on my quest towards richness and abundance in life. I'm a Certified Public Accountant by profession and a Real Estate Broker with passion. Currently, I am engaged in Real Estate Selling and Marketing. As I've read books about wealth and success, as I watched seminars on how to become rich, I've realized that All of us have the power and right to be rich. We just need to think and act in a certain way towards achieving it.
I will be writing articles here for you to also gain from my experiences but before that, I would like to tell a story about myself, how I grew up and how I persevered to achieve the first stage of my pursuit to Financial Independence.
I grew up in a Poor family where both my parents didn't have any degree in college. My father is a driver and my mother is a housewife. I'm the eldest among six (6) siblings and I was the one who really witness the hardship of life when you are poor. At a young age, I took my life very seriously. I studied hard to get higher grades and to graduate with honors. I knew that time that the only way to escape from poverty is through education. I finished college with a degree in Accountancy from my alma matter Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) and became a CPA year 2005. After almost 10 years, now, year 2015, My other siblings have already became professional also, 2 teachers, 1 engineer and the other 2 are still in college. I remember the time wherein my only hope is my Dream. My only strength is God. God will provide all the resources you needed to reach your goal. He will provide people that will help you. He will create circumstances in your favor.
I've realized that what I'm doing before is exactly the things that the successful people are doing, having an end in mind, continuous dreaming, perseverance and holding on no matter what, will ultimately help you achieve what you want.
I've come across with various books to read like Think and Grow Rich of Napoleon Hills, Rich Dad Poor Dad of Robert Kiyosaki, 21 Secrets of Self Made Millionaires by Brian Tracy, The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles and many other books about success and wealth. I've got to study how Law Attraction works. I've found the right people that will help me, the right opportunity that will help me achieve my goals.
I'm not yet rich but I believed I will get there 5 years from now. My ultimate purpose is to help other people. Money is just an instrument in making people lives better. Money is not an end but a means to improve someone's life, providing scholarship, livelihood, charity works and other community events that impact the lives of many people.
At the end of the day, we need to become rich to be a channel of blessings to others. To be able to impact on someone's life so that they know that God is a God of Abundance.
Enjoy reading my blogs and I hope and looking forward that you will also strive to be a channel of blessings to others.
